The MAPEA sponsored doctoral research symposium is both an essential and optimal opportunity to emphasize the purpose and goals of the association. This research conference will help educational administration faculty and professional, together with specialist and doctoral students to shape emerging concepts and seek to address "cutting edge" issues into the field through a variety of methods that are challenging, thought-provoking, and informative. Major delivery opportunities to out community of scholars include:

• face-to-face dialogue about the dissertation/thesis topics in roundtable discussions,
• formal oral presentations to faculty and students similar to a dissertation defense, and
• informal poster session format sharing.

Overall, the supportive structure and environment will allow participants to discuss issues with colleagues from other institutions, learn more about what you are doing, developing new ideas, initiatives and areas of co cooperation for students and faculty alike.
